CHARLES M. DIERSING
Chuck Diersing has been a licensed attorney since 1994 practicing law primarily in the areas of real estate, estate planning and business areas of the law. He received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 1989 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo, College of Law in 1994. He first practiced law with Burkam and Whitney in Delaware, Ohio where he began his relationship with both Thomas R. Whitney and The Delaware County Bank and Trust Company. At the beginning of his career, he assisted in the operation of a title insurance company acting as a closing officer, performing searches and handling other real estate related matters. Chuck has also acted as in-house legal counsel for Semco, Inc. and later worked on a contract basis for AEP and JP Morgan Chase. DCB Title Services, LLC was formed in February 2006 as a wholly owned subsidiary of DCB Financial Corp. Due to his prior experience with real estate and title insurance DCB Financial Corp. hired Chuck as the Vice President and General Manager. Old Republic National Title Insurance Company sponsored Chuck in his application and licensure as a title insurance agent and DCB Title Insurance, LLC currently writes title insurance for Old Republic National Title Insurance. Chuck Diersing is licensed to practice law before the courts of the States of Ohio and Colorado and the Federal Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Delaware County Bar Association. He is a long time resident of Delaware County.
